• 10.0 megapixels: The Canon PowerShot SD770 IS takes photo-quality, 300dpi images up to 9" x 12", and good-quality 200dpi images up to 14" x 18". More megapixels give you more freedom to crop, edit, and enlarge favorite portions of your photos.
• Zoom: The 3x optical zoom magnifies subjects—without sacrificing image clarity. The 4x digital zoom picks up where optical zoom leaves off, stretching pixels to make the image look bigger.

When you need higher ISO for action-stopping shutter speeds, Motion Detection Technology provides it. But when no movement is detected, it allows lower ISO for excellent color and detail.
• High ISO: With its ability to shoot with a high light sensitivity of ISO 1600, this camera reduces the effects of shake and sharpens subjects in low-light situations—youll enjoy greater shooting flexibility.
• Face detection: Canons powerful face detection technology recognizes faces in a scene, then adjusts exposure and focus to enhance them. And the SD770 IS adds more: Face Detection WB concentrates upon faces when calculating white balance for the best possible skin tones. Face Select and Track highlights one face among several, and the camera concentrates on that face, even as it moves around the scene.
• Red-eye correction: This advanced system uses Face Detection technology to recognize and remove red-eye from flash images as they're taken—before the file is written to the memory card.
• Scene modes: Choose the mode to match your scene, and this camera automatically adjusts settings such as shutter speed, flash and focus to adapt to the situation. This camera features modes for a variety of scenes such as snow, beach, sunset and more.
• Easy photo printing: Direct printing is easier than ever—simply connect the camera to a Canon direct photo printer or PictBridge-enabled printer (both sold separately), press the Print/Share button and you've got great images in hand.
• Movie mode: When a still photo just doesnt tell the story, you can shoot 640 x 480 pixel (VGA-quality) movies, with audio, at a smooth 30 frames per second.
