Watch out, the computer board fails all the time
Pros: So far there are no other complaints, it works well.
Cons: Amana seems to use cheap computer board. Maytag service is slow. Be aware.

Pros: filtered water and ice, adjustable pull out shelves, large door shelves
Cons: freezer hard to open(seals very well), it is loud, I have found nothing bad yet

Poor Hinge Design
Pros: Almost everything.
Cons: Lousy lower hinge design on the French doors.
BottomLine: If you're going to be easy on the French doors, buy it. If you're an "aggressive door opener" (whatever that is), don't buy it.

Breaks Down quickly Parts Unavailable
Pros: Good freezer space. Spacious fridge Well lit.
Cons: Loud, doors do not close easily. Compressor broke down in 23 months.
BottomLine: Don't buy. I do not have confidence that this fridge will last 5 years without another major repair.
