Excellent Price for a Bissell Vacuum that Cleans Smart

Pros: excellent value, cleans carpets and hard floors, cord rewind, two washable filters out of three
Cons: wish it was a bit lighter, hose attachments could work better, has a belt
BottomLine: For the price, this Bissell Rewind SmartClean vacuum cleaner is a great deal. There are pros and cons … but it’s a winner for me.
