Very disapointed

I love my steam mop
Pros: Easy to use, uses hot steam to clean the floors really well.
Cons: Leaves extra water on floor which I need to dry with a cloth

Love it !
Pros: Lightweight, quick drying, no streaks and my floors have not been cleaner!
Cons: The cord could be longer. I wish it did a better job on the grout.

Pros: Removes film and surface grime from floor!
Cons: Will not remove ground in dirt, which must be scraped first!
BottomLine: If you try this mop, keep your receipt and then decide if it works for you!

So far so good, but not for laminate or wood.
Pros: Great job on ceramic and Mexican brick tiles, even cleans laminate, with care.
Cons: Be careful with laminate and wood, and dry it as you go.
BottomLine: Gets tile floors very clean with little effort and no chemicals. I really love it!

LOVE IT
Pros: easy to use, heats up quickly, washable pads, no chemicals, spotless floors!
Cons: floors don't dry in a "matter of seconds" like advertised, more like 5-10 minutes
BottomLine: I recommend the Bissell to anyone who wants a clean floor with no chemical build up. Since no chemicals or replacement pads need purchased, it pays for itself in time!
