Defective design or quality makes 800 JEXL unacceptable
Pros: Metal parts clean easier and most vegs don't have to be cut before dropping in.
Cons: Very poor performance. Maybe very poor quality control.
BottomLine: Don't buy it. Fatal design flaws and/or poor manufacturing. There is really no excuse for what happened, especially at that price!

Best spent money on health, quality product & function!
Pros: does what it's supposed to do; solidly built; juices almost anything
Cons: extremely LOUD; a huge appliance to have on the counter.
BottomLine: Solid, quality product - well built, heavy, durable and can do exactly what it's supposed to: juice the juice outta everything in the fridge. Wear earplugs.

21st Century Juicer
Pros: Powerful; efficient; stainless steel; easy to use; easy cleanup; 2-speed; great company.
Cons: Somewhat more expensive than other brands.
BottomLine: Although this is a comparatively higher priced machine than many others, I believe it is well worth the extra cost because of its efficiency and solid build.

Who strapped a jet engine to my juicer?!
Pros: Everything! power, design, clean up, efficiency
Cons: receptical pitcher is made of plastic. That's it.
BottomLine: pays for itself in the amount of juice you'll be extracting from the same amount of produce. An investment you won't regret! everything else is junk by comparison!

Disappointed
Pros: Powerful, quiet, easy to clean - juices very well
Cons: leaks juice, cannot feed it while running and empty feed tube.
BottomLine: After figuring out the machines quirks, juicing is quick. An off-centered feed tube might solve its problems, and would investigate units of that design before purchasing this one.

Quick and easy to use
Pros: 32 oz in less than 1 minute. Quiet.
Cons: Only filter fits in my dishwasher. Filter $60+ Top & filter not very hygenic.
BottomLine: I would purchase this juicer again due to its convenience. Follow my tips, and you can overcome most of the cons that I listed.

My Daddy Juice study: Breville 800 Replacement Basket
Pros: Cleans up pretty well, kids love the juice-this effectively gets vegetables into my kids.
Cons: The pitcher gets discolored, the sheen is gone, expect to scrub parts after juicing
BottomLine: As my first juicer I was skeptical. My family wouldn't drink what appeared to be sewage. But after tasting the juices we all became fans.
