Great machine but breaks really easy
Pros: Good speed, quiet machine, great memory, toner cost is reasonable.
Cons: Have had two of these die in an 18 month period-unacceptable!!!
BottomLine: Do not buy if you need a fax that is dependable and works longer than a few months.

Good small office fax machine
Pros: Consistent and reliable.
Cons: The time can only be shown as Military Time.

Very pleased with Intellifax 2920
Pros: Great speed, quiet, small size, holds a lot of paper, handles multiple page inserts.
Cons: None that we have discovered yet.
