Disappointed with the BTX-10
Pros: Makes a fast pot of hot coffee.
Cons: It leaks. The carafe lid never closed properly. Expensive, short-lived unit, with no water filter.
BottomLine: I would never buy this model again without some serious proof that the problems it has were fixed.

My 10-year-old model still works great!
Pros: Makes a pot faster than it takes to boil water, product support from Bunn.
Cons: None that I can think of. Except maybe that I wish they made cars, too!

Make messes
Pros: Coffee in 3 minutes.
Cons: Decanter leaks when you pour the coffee. Have to pour holding cup over sink.

Excited to write this! Worth my hard Earned dollar
Pros: Fast hot coffee, simple design,nothing but the heating element to go bad.
Cons: Ugly, only comes in black, cheap plastic
BottomLine: Love it. Fast coffee, simple to use heavy duty crafe, however cheap plastic used for filter basket. Stays hot. Love it.

BUNN - BTX > Paid $170 - Worth $75....
Pros: Stainless design-Very fast brewing-Keeps Fresh 2-3 hrs. Coffee good(not great)-Quality made
Cons: Cost-Light brew only-takes 2x the coffee-always ON-tough to get last cup poured.
BottomLine: If you have the disposable income, enjoy lightly brewed coffee and believe in Brand Image this BUNN BTX will look great in your kitchen.

A Disappointing Venture From A Big Brand Name- the Bunn BTX
Pros: Speed, appearance, well-known name, customer support, easy to open up/break down
Cons: the only one that really matters-- brews too fast and produces weak, flavorless/aromaless coffee
BottomLine: Given the current state of the coffee maker market, I think you can get a far better coffee maker for a better price than the Bunn BTX.

Drink Fast!
Pros: Fastest brewing of any home brand.
Cons: Stale water from the hot tank, poor heat retention in the carafe
BottomLine: Drawback on any Bunn: use of stale water held in the hot tank. For this model: poor heat retention by the non-glass-lined carafe. Expensive to boot.

The granddaddy of all coffee makers
Pros: Hot coffee, in 3 minutes or less. Great flavor.
Cons: Requires special filters, could be dangerous around children.
BottomLine: If you drink a lot of coffee, and child-safety isn't a concern, this could be the coffeepot for you.
