RECALLED PRODUCT- great idea, bad execution
Pros: Versatile, can do coffee, tea, and hot water. Allows you to pick volume amount.
Cons: HIGH price is so not worth it. POOR quality: broken right out of the box.

High Altitude Winner
Pros: Compact design, VERY hot coffee, simple to use. Works at 7,000 feet above sea level!

I Love my Bunn!
Pros: Refill is SIMPLE! Clean up is EASY! Adjustable setting by ounces & Coffee is HOT!
Cons: My year old machine has been acting up. Dispenses irregular amount of coffee.
BottomLine: Coffee, Tea, Hot Water when you need it! It has a permanent space on my counter!

THE Coffee/Tea Pod machine for busy families with discriminating taste
Pros: Almost completely maintenance free, consistantly good coffee and tea, always ready hot water
Cons: Initial price is almost 4X other systems; good coffee pods more expensive/harder to find.
BottomLine: The Bunn MyCafe is a great appliance that will last for years and exceed your needs. Don't let the initial sticker price scare you, it's definitely worth it!

Great Product, if you use quality coffee

Cons: resivoir sometimes leaks, cup size starts at whatever the last person used

It costs twice as much, is the coffee twice as good?
Pros: HOT cup of coffee. Quiet machine. Sleek design. Large water tank. Pulse brew tea cycle.
Cons: Small first cup. Higher price. Sometimes dispenses quirky amounts of water.
BottomLine: If you use good pods, it'll make a great HOT cup of coffee.

The best quality for the money
Pros: Great tasting coffee/tea, can use for other things as well, dishwasher safe components
Cons: Initial sticker shock - expensive but worth the quality
BottomLine: The Bunn Personal myCafe MCP is the best coffee/tea pod system out on the market with its many features, commercial grade quality, great customer service and ease of use/maintenance.

Does not work with softened water !!!
Pros: Appearance, Does its job very well when it works. Drinks always hot.
Cons: Does not work with softened water
BottomLine: I spent alot of time finding out that i cannot use softened water but its now working great and i'm happy with it.
