Compact, well built, cooks great - but is it true Infrared?

Pros: Easy to assemble, cooks well, good quality parts, dual thermometers. Extremely low cost for infrared!
Cons: Arguably not a "True" infrared grill when compared to other infrared models.
BottomLine: Despite initial misgivings over the infrared situation on this grille, it turned out to be unfounded and it lives up to the hype, even having advantages over "True" infrared grills.
