CORRECTION: I now love this machine so much
Pros: Extremely fast, relatively quiet, huge work bowl.
Cons: still can't double the recipe, even with the 14-cup bowl; it shoots out the bottom
BottomLine: Turn the bowl and then the back presser parts far enough to wait for the 'click'. One you get it, you know it's safely locked.

I CAN'T IMAGINE COOKING WITHOUT IT
Pros: Quick, blades have stayed sharp, looks stylish
Cons: Due to its design, it cannot hold liquids without spilling through the bottom.

Works great - easy out of the box; makes cooking fun again!
Pros: Does it all! Sturdy, reliable brand.
Cons: Small bread batches, can't handle liquids, ice scratches bowl.

Pros: powerful, smooth, quiet
Cons: very short power cord, food lodges in spring loaded area of bowl
BottomLine: I'm sure the machine will perform well over the years. I just have to get over all the "improvements" the company made over the old model.

A great valued machine!
Pros: For the budget minded, you'll be blessed owning this wonderful model.
Cons: Doesn't have the Power Prep model's sleek front (easier cleaning and more powerful dough cycle).

Super Trooper in the kitchen patrol
Pros: Sturdily built, easy to assemble, great functionality. Easy cleanup, great power.
Cons: Sharp blades. Learn order to process ingredients in bowl. Careful not to scratch bowls.
