Pros: Power and versatility, good price for the power
Cons: Rubber feet can come off. Some study to learn the pieces and how they work.

Great motor, blades; dubious plastics
Pros: Heavy duty motor, good blades
Cons: Poorly designed chute sleeve, workbowl.
BottomLine: This unit has a great motor and blades; wish I could say the same for the rest of it. I would hesitate before buying another.

Replacement parts for Cuisinart DLC 10 E food processor
Pros: It is easy to use, motor held up very well.
Cons: Replacement parts cost 50% of a new machine today. Plastic parts break very easy.

A robot to keep in the family for years to come
Pros: durable, minor model changes over the years, great kit of blades
Cons: flat cover not included with every model, bowl shows signs of wear
BottomLine: I lived without a food processor for all my life. But after only a year with it, I consider it is one of the essentials of the kitchen.
