Something for a home Iron Chef to battle with.
Pros: Can cut nearly anything in every way possible. Strong motor.
Cons: Hard to clean and store. No case for the blades.
BottomLine: I would have liked this better if the work bowl had a better design. This appliance is nice, but too much effort for me.

What happened to Cuisinart quality?
Pros: High capacity, heavy-duty motor
Cons: Annoying safety feature, expensive replacement parts
BottomLine: Recommended with reservations. When it worked, it was a workhorse. But it didn't last nearly as long a I thought a Cuisinart should, and it was too expensive to fix.

True Love at Last
Pros: ease of use & clean up, quality of food, durability, style, weight
Cons: plastic bowl clouds after several dishwashing cycles (refer to caveat in my review's body)
BottomLine: I adore my Cuisinart Processor and can't imagine life in my kitchen without it. I believe this model should be a staple for every gourmande's kitchen.
