Pros: Inexpensive, makes 12 cups of good coffee.
Cons: No way to shut off that bleeping beeping.

Basic coffee maker
Pros: Basic coffee maker with good warming plate temperature.
Cons: Water filling is a bit cumbersome.
BottomLine: This is a reliable, basic coffeemaker that brews a good cup of coffee. If this is your price range, probably the best choice out there.

dont waste your money on cuisinart/conair products
Pros: never be suckered into purchasing another cuisinart or conair product,the corporation stinks.
Cons: poor service warranty cost you money to ship coffee taste like plastic. wasted 70 dollars

Cuisinart 12 cup Coffee Maker DDC-1100
Pros: Easy to use programable timer, great temperature coffee, attractive; automatic shut off; solid unit.
Cons: Tiny and light numbered increments on the resevoir strip; Small area to pour in water
BottomLine: Small reservoir for water and too small print for increments on water level strip, but most important is great temperature coffee , sturdy unit , wonderful features and easy to use.

Cuisinart DCC-1100 Coffee Maker - Its Affordable
Pros: The ability to change from a full pot to 1-4 cups is great.
Cons: Sometimes the water backs up into the grinds and makes a mess.
BottomLine: I would recommend it highly. I love mine, just be sure not to over fill the reservoir.
