Pros: Relatively high sides (2.5") so holds lots of food, simmers great, easy to clean. Cons: Glass lid is only slightly domed, so cooking taller roasts isn't possible. BottomLine: So far, I like this skillet, especially the heating element that allows simmering. If the non-stick wears well over the years, it's a good buy.
