"CHANGED TITLE" Worst experience ever

Pros: Small footprint, super-fast brewing, keep-warm feature
Cons: Flimsy construction, poor customer service, parts failed.
BottomLine: I have edited my original review with a caveat about a design flaw on the filter and no customer support. I can no longer recommend this coffee maker.
