don't let the prettiness fool you...it's bad product

Pros: it is beautiful looking oven. buttons have pro look about them, nothing else good
Cons: underpowered elements, should be wider, toaster feature is reliant on timer button
BottomLine: don't buy this model, the heating elements are weak, it takes too long for oven to warm up. toaster only works with timer button. can't fit 12inch pan across
