Pretty washer, horrible customer service.
Pros: Silent, effective, does large loads and is user friendly.
Cons: Customer service from Elextrolux/Frigidaire is utterly horrible if you have a broken machine.
BottomLine: I would not recommend this washer to anyone due to manufacture defects and more than sub-par customer service by the manufacturer of Frigidaire products.
