If you buy this dishwasher invest in also getting an extended warranty!
Pros: Cleans dishes well, like the hot start option, quiet, has a delayed start feature
Cons: Motor died after two years of use!!!!

One cannot use only 'HEAT & DRY' option in GE GHDA485NCS
Pros: Good cleaning, saves water,silent
Cons: No option of using ONLY HEAT & DRY,it will come 'ON' ONLY WITH WASH CYCLE.
BottomLine: For the same amount ,if I had the option of ONLY 'HEAT & DRY', THIS GE DISHWASHER MACHINE WOULD BE THE BEST and truly would be 'ENERGY SAVER' TOO.
