1.5 years later -it's still running excellent!
Pros: Quite, compact and inexpensive.
Cons: Manual is typically chinese and poorly illustrated.
(factory service manual is available, as are supplies)
BottomLine: For a single person, that does not overload a washer, it is an excellent and economical appliance.

Good compact washer
Pros: compact, better than washing by hand, gets the job done
Cons: the noise level could be a tad bit lower
BottomLine: Great for small family or single person. No more hassles with going to and fro laundry facility and takes up very little room.

So far So Good !!!
Pros: clean clothes, convenient, not too noisy, easy to use.
24 hour customer service line.
Cons: bad diagrams in manual...particularly how to install bottom plate and washers.
BottomLine: So far its a great little machine. Cleans clothing well. Quiet, and convenient.

First impression
Pros: not to noisy, small unit(this was the driver for us)
Cons: Inwaterhose needs extra space and inlet out of plastic, white stretch mark on wastewaterhose
BottomLine: If you need a small unit it might be sufficient

best thing since slice bread
Pros: Cloths are clean, For the price it's the 911 for washing machines
Cons: Can not go wrong. I wanted an efficient one and it did the job 100%.
