Pros: Fast and easy set-up. Easy storage. Cleans all floor surfaces great. Highly recommend.
Cons: Heavy to carry up/down stairs when full. Attachment tool setup too tedious.
BottomLine: Works great and easy to setup, use, and store. Well worth $99 price from Best Buy. We WILL recommend to family and friends.

Vacuum carpet first! Hoover Steamvac F5914-900 not Perfect, but still ok
Pros: Leaves carpet smelling nice! Includes long cord, and comes pre-assembled.
Cons: Leaves carpet too wet. Too heavy, clogs easily, and cheap plastic parts break off.
BottomLine: If you can get a great bargain, get it! Otherwise, keep looking! I promise there is something better. For the price, this is just not a good value.

Great machine, but noisy
Pros: Cleaning solution heater, CleanSurge, does a great job
Cons: Noisy, hand tool attachment, emptying the waste tank

Clean Carpets? Yes and No, but mostly yes...
Pros: Cleans very well, rotating brushes, good extraction power
Cons: Mediocre stair cleaning, unknown how long unit will last

Reservoir defective
