Black beauty keeps cracking. Should I shoot?
Pros: Attractive lines, large oven, fast cooktop elements
Cons: Cooktop cracks, and broiling starts fires!
BottomLine: It's pretty, but if it won't hold up, why bother? Jenn-Air has some explaining to do. I don't think I'd buy it again.
