Disappointing

Pros: Sleek design. Lots of fancy features. Three racks. Warming drawer. Warming burner.
Cons: See review. Unusual features are complicated to use but I rarely use them.
BottomLine: Do not buy if a slow, frequently used burner will frustrate you. For the money, I expected better performance and for the reputation, better customer service.

Great Range but has problems!! UPDATED REVIEW!!!

Pros: Gorgeous, great options, great for gourmet cooks and entertainers-UPDATE:FORGET IT
Cons: TOO MANY TO LIST FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT
BottomLine: RECOMMENDED WITH RESERVATIONS. Love it/hate it. It's gorgeous, great for all types of cooking and if you entertain but has problems. UPDATE:HATE IT

Great!

Pros: Everything! The burners know when something has come to a boil maintain temp.
Cons: The door and drawer were glass as well as the top. Install carefully!
