Like everybody else, it didn't last.
Pros: Fairly good sized, high temp, nice controls, user friendly panel, Defrost works good.
Cons: Throws out some high heat , Takes up the counter top when in convection mode

Didn't last long
Pros: Nice looking.
Cons: Didn't last. Cumbersome microwave controls. Slow cooker - seemed like 800 Watts vs. 1400.

I needed this for kitchenette worked great for my needs!
Pros: EAsy to navigate. Easy to use. We like it!

I'm returning mine
Pros: Convection heater, nice controls, decent door latch.
Cons: Flimsy interior. Noisy erratic turntable motor - mine was faulty.
