Pros: None. I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.
Cons: It's not worth the $50.00 rebate that the Government provided for buying an EnergyStar product.

Reliable and saves money
Pros: Saves water, electricity, water, detergent, bleach and fabric softener.
Cons: Shakes the house, can't do small loads, hard to find Woolite for He washers.
BottomLine: I really recommend this machine. It isn't pretty, but it does its job, does it well, does it without a lot of maintenance and saves money while doing it.

machine great, keeping it running is impossible, sears service bad.
Pros: machine works great, clothes clean , uses less water, ect. ect. ect.
Cons: electonic controller has manufacturing defect,third BAD expensive controller in less than 3 years.
BottomLine: DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER FROM SEARS... THE DRYER IS GREAT,, BUT SEARS WANTS TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR MANUFACTURING DEFECT PART.

Pros: The Pro is the dryer which works.
Cons: The cons of the washing machine is the lousy customer service.
BottomLine: My recommendation is to not purchase any products from Sears. The product is sub par as is the customer service.
