It's the little things

Pros: Great features, powerful ventilation and filtration, unique styling, and easy to use
Cons: Requires specialized screwdriver to replace a bulb and customer service leaves MUCH to be desired
BottomLine: We're hoping the many excellent features that attracted us in the first place will continue to satisfy and reassure us that we made the right choice.
