After much research, very pleased with this range

Pros: High output burners, continuous grates, convection oven, professional styling
Cons: Oven light stays on when oven is on
BottomLine: This is an excellent range that has the features of and performs as well as many that cost much more

My New KDRP407HSS

Pros: Solid range, amazing burners, the oven is better than expected, looks great
Cons: Oven cooling fan vents onto floor and heats up your feet and also your house
BottomLine: Seems to be an excellent stove but I'm pretty bummed about it venting to the floor. The condensation from the moisture vent and dripping onto the floor is bothersome.

1.5 years, very dissatisfied with stove, service

Pros: looks, grates, ease of operation
Cons: quality, oven performance, lack of service
BottomLine: Absolutely do not buy - support after purchase is horrible, stove is now a $3500 boat anchor.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Pros: Looks nice when new and shiny
Cons: DANGEROUS, unreliable and terrible customer service at KitchenAid/Whirlpool
BottomLine: It does clean itself! Don't buy this range you may burn down the house. Customer service is terrible.

Outstanding

Pros: 3 way convection electric oven, oversized controls, 4 X 16K burners.
Cons: The top, under the grates, is glossy. Bacon and sausages really show.
