Pros: All the pros of a gas cooktop. Convection oven works perfectly. Cons: Concerns that ignition could be sidestepped if user is not careful. BottomLine: Good oven for moderately experienced cooks. Careless cooks and those with children might want to take possibility of non-ignition into consideration.
Pros: Oven heats very evenly. Cons: Burners are uneven and hard to calibrate to the proper height. BottomLine: Recommend if you like to bake and use convection. I cannot recommend if you expect ease in saute cooking. Some people may not notice something that drives me crazy everyday!
