hard to install, but worth the trouble
Pros: sleek design, larger than average capacity, cleans very well, "sanitize" feature, flexible load functions
Cons: hard to install, stainless finish is easy to smudge, plastic doesn't dry well
BottomLine: Sleek look, quiet operation, squeaky clean dishes. Interior size big enough to wash your turkey pan (if you want to). It is hard to install, but well worth the trouble.

One year ...no problems.. but I bought extra warranty
Pros: Great Looks, Low Noise, No Horror stories, Rebate!
Cons: Cheap Drain Hose, Horrible reputation, Expensive without rebate
BottomLine: Look both ways before you cross the street... Maybe we just got lucky... Extended Warranty made playing LG frogger easier!

LG LDF8812ST Dishwasher
Pros: Stylish, highly adjustable racks and interior. Cleans GREAT!
Cons: Stainless Steel front shows fingerprints. Doesn't clean plastic as well.
BottomLine: We love our dishwasher and I've already recommended it to my mother. It cleans better and holds more than any other dishwasher we've every owned. Worth the money.

LG LDF8812ST Dishwasher
Pros: Design and quiet operation. Cleans glassware and dishes well.
Cons: Hot steamy air escapes to floor. Utensil basket holes too small.
BottomLine: During the drying cycle, steamy air escapes onto my hardwood floors. Dishwasher does not clean or dry plastic well. I hope I have the opportunity to return this machine.

I don't think it's worth the money
Pros: Looks nice, lots of room inside for dishes, quiet
Cons: still having problem with dirty dishes
