I LIKE it, despite its learning-curve.
Pros: Quiet, tweakably-programmable, large capacity yet uses less water.
Cons: A cup of bleach or quart of Bluette is tricky, must drain, non-reversible door.
BottomLine: DO this machine, now, if you want/need to get all your home-wash done & save water (&, probably, energy). Draining it weekly is the only, new downside.

Beauty is only skin deep with the LG WM2016C
Pros: looks great, good load capacity, clothes are clean, good price point if on sale,
Cons: unacceptable vibrations, monthly drain issue, must keep door dry, door not reversible.
BottomLine: I cannot recommend this washer due to the vibration issues. This is an easy fix by the manufacturer and it should not have gone to market with this obvious problem.

Pros: Liked the styling, energy efficiency and rebates associated with the machine from the utility companies.
Cons: POOR QUALITY, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! LG DOESN'T STAND BEHIND IT'S PRODUCTS!

We're happy w/LG 3.5 cf high efficiency washer!
Pros: It saves water and gas; runs quiet; cleans clothes better.
Cons: Gets stinky if you don't wipe it clean and leave door open! requires special detergent.
BottomLine: Washer saves on water and gas bills, cleans clothes better than conventional washer. Quiet and efficient. Be sure to follow directions and clean door seal EVERY TIME. Highly recommended.

It doesn't use water! LG front loader - unload...
Pros: good ideas, poor delivery.
Cons: Nothing gets really clean. You can't do a spin only cycle. etc.
