Bought refurb Version 1, overheating causes dropped connections.
Pros: It was fun putting it in the fridge to see if it would stop overheating
Cons: Does not work.
BottomLine: Avoid this product, but if you have to get it make sure it is version 2. DO NOT BUY VERSION 1.

Seems Great to Me
Pros: Good distance. Increase internet speed.
Cons: So far none.
BottomLine: This unit in combination with the WGA600N is great for DirecTV or whatever else you throw at it. Get Network Magic...you won't be sorry.

This router is a mixed bag of good and bad
Pros: This is a fast dual band wireless router that supports gigabit wired connections.
Cons: Build quality isn't consistent, firmware doesn't properly support attached USB drives.
BottomLine: Purchase this router for its wireless and gigabit ethernet capability. Do not purchase it for NAS support.

Great, no problems
Pros: 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz bands, N speed, easy setup.
Cons: Odd shape. Other than that this router works as it should.
BottomLine: Buy it only if you have computers on your network that can receive the 5.8Ghz signal and/or you have Windows Vista Media Center.

Nice concepts but poor execution
Pros: Ease of use/setup. Price for features. Storage link.
Cons: Buggy firmware. No resolution to problems forthcoming
BottomLine: Storage link is handy, but problematic. Find another alternative if possible. If you don't need storage link, look elsewhere.

The WRT610N: Who Needs Starbucks? I Have My Own Wireless Network, with Cheaper Drinks
Pros: Relatively easy set up, reliable performance
Cons: Haven't experienced problems, so hard to identify one at this point
BottomLine: For a first-timer, non-expert, the WRT610N made it fairly simple to set up a home network that meets my needs.

Linksys WRT610N gives wireless N a bad name
Pros: Nice looking product with pretty blue lights.
Cons: Below average 2.4 GHz wireless G area coverage. Atrocious 5.8 GHz wireless N area coverage.
BottomLine: The Linksys WRT 610N has miserable coverage and makes 802.11n look bad. Avoid this product.
