Magellan Tech Support- Not worth buying GPS

Pros: Easy to use and read. Mostly accurate.
Cons: Tech support is horrible.
BottomLine: If you get a unit that works you will love it! If yours does not work it's likely you will fall into to the Magellan Technical Support abyss.

Two Thumbs up on 6000T

Pros: Multiple destinations, traffic monitoring, text to speech announcement of all streets, not just interstates etc.
Cons: CD manual not printed. Traffic antenna adds clutter but I've hidden it, On/off button clumsy.
BottomLine: Recommend- has all the function features -I was looking for. Haven't tested the other nav units, but this unit doesn't have me yearning for more.
