Pros:  Cleans well, learned you have to use a "he" product, cycle time is normal
Cons: When spinning it sounds like a jet taking off, they tell me its normal?

Worst Machine I Have EVER Owned
Pros: I would say "It's A Maytag!" but it is just Maytag JUNK. No Pro's.
Cons: Sensitive to sudsing, very loud, inferior quality components, no lint filtering system, etc..

excellent washer - so glad I got it
Pros: gets clothes super clean; uses less electricity, water, and soap; compact footprint with great capacity
Cons: none serious - spin is a bit loud and cycle time is a bit long

Bad Customer Service / Poor Washer Design (MAH2400AWW)
Pros: This particular model looks nice, doesn't take up too much room, and has several options.
Cons: poor customer service, the washing machine has a design flaw: no filter on water pump
BottomLine: My vote: save your money and buy something else. The washer's design flaw may mean many visits from the repair technician. At the very least, don't buy it from Sears.
