Pros: Energy efficient, quiet, cleans very well, and looks darn good.
Cons: Low to the ground. Get the pedestals.

Pros: Washer works great when it runs
Cons: Horrible customer service, this is a new model and already they don't have parts available.
BottomLine: Buy another washer, and if you purchase online, read the retailer's criteria for major appliance returns.
