Nikkon D90
Pros: Many features, Quick shoot feature, automatic or manual focus.
Cons: A little high priced, but most SLR cameras are. This one is well worth it.

Perfect mid-range camera between amateur and pro
Pros: Great battery. Accepts SD cards and works well with them. Quite acceptable lens.
Cons: High cost considering it is not pro level. Too many useless menu options.

Nikon D90 SLR: Absolute Perfection
Pros: The D90 takes 5.5 pictures per second. The rechargable battery seems to last forever.
Cons: You should purchase a hot foot nikon flash. Low light situations affect camera speed.
BottomLine: This camera will last for years and take thousands of quality photograhs. I can't say enough positive things about it. An all around 10 out of 10.

I really enjoy shooting with this camera
Pros: D90 adds a faster face detection to its Live View, Continuous shooting 4fps
Cons: The lens seems just slightly less sharp than the kit lenses from Canon
BottomLine: It's a fast camera that delivers a great shooting experience and first-rate photos for the money.

Nikon D90 + kit lens... worth it? Hmm...
Pros: Like the great Nikon D80 but incrementally better in many areas.
Cons: Video mode is a little buggy and requires manual focus.
BottomLine: Handles great, can shoot video in a pinch, great starter lens included in package, lots of little extras like Active D-Lighting to help you take the best shots possible.
