The best bread machine for the money

Pros: Produces great bread every time, lots of included recipies and options.
Cons: No viewing window, noisy and rattles when mixing. mixing arm easily scratched/scuffed.
BottomLine: Excellent for basic bread options and regular use. For fancy types of bread the Zijuroshi would be the way to go.

Great bread - wrong gift!

Pros: Easy to use and programmable timer.
Cons: It is not a very attractive addition to the kitchen counter.
BottomLine: I would recommend the Panasonic SD-YD250 Bread Machine for no other reason than the aroma of fresh-baked bread when you wake up.

Waking up to freshly baked bread

Pros: - Timer feature - Lots of options - Recipe book included
Cons: - Blade removal occasionally difficult - Beeping - Can't use timer for dough
BottomLine: If you love freshly-baked bread, this is your machine. Although the bread doesn't compare to fresh baguettes from Paris boulangeries, it's more delicious than store-bought bread.

Makes Excellent Bread

Pros: Easy enough to use. Makes good bread.
Cons: Needs a louder beeper. Long cycles. Panasonic has lousy customer service.
BottomLine: Easy to use and makes good bread. Quiet compared to others. Not as large as some.
