Looks nice - but is this really a Professional model?

Pros: The stove is attractive-looking and compact - it saves space
Cons: The oven does not cook evenly and does not hold the temperature well
BottomLine: If the range is expensive, but does not work as a professional stove - why buy it?

Mighty nice compact range

Pros: Honest, solid construction; sturdy, stable grilles; smooth controls; even heat.
Cons: None that we've found
BottomLine: If you really cook, everything you need, and nothing you don't.
