Pros: Nice rice, company has excellent customer service. Cons: Machine died after eight uses, however, they sent a replacement. BottomLine: Model's cheap and company stand behind product so its not too bad of a deal.

Pros: Good results - nicely steamed rice Cons: Unable to buy a replacement lid. Instructions can be a little confusing. BottomLine: Buy it, and treat it with kidd gloves, because if you break that lid, it's over. The rice turned out great while I was able to use it.
