Poor quality, breaks often, repair expensive, Sharp unresponsive
Pros: Good features, convection cooking result in good tasting food
Cons: Poor quality, Overly expensive repairs, Manufacturer has poor customer attitude and worst customer service.
BottomLine: Avoid this product. I would also recommend avoiding any product that is built, has components of or associated with SHARP.

Sharp R-930 Convection/Microwave is great!
Pros: Convection bakes evenly, browns nicely,temperature can be set for slow cooking, great for roasts.
Cons: The oven does not accommodate a pan larger in length than 13".
