Pros: Self-Contained, Well built,and, like I mentioned above very rugged! Cons: They use batteries quickly. Reusable batteries fix this problem though. BottomLine: They are worth getting! I have to wonder if so much was gotten from speakers that were so little, for such a small amount of money.
