Great design but poor performance
Pros: the oil draining system works well. Heats quickly, and holds its temperature well.
Cons: The thermostat is not working on them - they heat to 350 only.
BottomLine: It cannot do it's stated task, the temperature adustment is not accurate, and it never reaches it's maximum temperature.

Flimsy controls and TERRIBLE customer service
Pros: Great capacity and even frying. Oil filtering is a plus when it works
Cons: Flimsy design on virtually unavailable parts and customer service.
BottomLine: If you're going to buy this just be careful with the lever on the front that controls oil draining. Very fragile and impossible to find replacement parts.

HAZARDOUS PRODUCT
Pros: None.
Cons: Inadequate filtering mechanism that leaks hot oil when filtering. Hot walls. Very messy to use.
BottomLine: Deceiving unit, dangerous to use (hot walls and spits hot oil out when lid is not in place) and extremely messy (oil leaks). Consider another type of fryer.

Leaking
Pros: Nothing good were as it started to leak right away.
Cons: Leaks non stop, no way to stop it. Costumer service closed when needing help.

Nice Product Idea, Dangerous in Use
Pros: Pretty stainless steel, heats up quickly and holds temperature well.
Cons: Control lettering rubs off. Built-in oil filtering is poorly done. Bad customer service. Stay away.
BottomLine: Look for something else. It's a pretty unit, but it is a pain to use and can be dangerous.

temp setting failed after 7 mo
Pros: easy to clean,east to store,simple operation,ergonomic
Cons: face lettering comes off with cooking oil (not cleaners!) product failed after 7 months use
BottomLine: failure after 5 months or 40 uses I would expect better Previous cheaper units lasted longer but didn't have cleaning features which is the only thing selling point

Unique design but takes up lots of space
Pros: Unique oil filtration and storage system
Cons: A couple of confusing hidden lights and controls.
BottomLine: If you're lazy, like me, the filtration system will mean that you cook with cleaner fresher oil. Nice design but kind of expensive.
