TomTom Support does not help under warranty!
Pros: when it does work, it is easy to use.
Cons: support not helpful, unit dies, they will not honor warranty after first repair
BottomLine: Spend a few extra bucks on a Garmin. The issues with TomTom Support team are not worth the frustration of buying a TomTom.
