Pros: Looks good but that is as far as it goes. Cons: Overpriced, unreliable, not able to perform multilpe functions at the same time BottomLine: It is not worth the money! Limited capabilities. Impossible to keep clean. Not reliable. Good luck getting help from Viking for the problems you WILL (not may) experience!
Pros: The microwave cooks so far and seems reliable. Cons: Cosmetic problems and nasty customer service BottomLine: Don't buy due to the very rude and nasty authorized repair service. The company they hired to do their repairs in my area reflects very poorly on Viking.
