Pros: Small, quiet, good quality scans, very portable, easy to setup
Cons: Feed area needs work to ensure straighter scans
BottomLine: I would recommend this to people on the go a lot and who either have patience to learn how to get a straight scan or who just need quick reproductions

Overall - I like it.
Pros: Quick enough. Can mark-up scans w/highlighter, notes. Rotate, straighten, crop, etc.
Cons: Proprietary .max format-can be converted later. Sometimes must insert twice-could be machine.
