Great Grill and received just in time for 2011 grilling season
Pros: Great construction, high quality product, the heat is evenly distributed across the grilling surface
Cons: Nothing except I would like wood chip smoking tray attachment.

Pros: These grills are high quality and last for years.
Cons: Slightly higher priced than others, but well worth it
BottomLine: The Weber name has always meant quality and the EP-310 is certainly no exception. Pricey, but well worth it.

Cook through the grill emergency
Pros: Webers are good by me. Easy to set up, worked right, zones easy to adjust.
Cons: Price makes the 310 a tough buy, even for grillmiesters
