Excellent design; well made; wish it was all stainless

Pros: Great design, even heat, quality manufacturing, easy to clean
Cons: For the price, it should be all stainless. Accessories are expensive
BottomLine: Although not completely stainless, the unit appears to be durable. Grilling is a treat, and sustained flare-ups are non-existent.
