Wow. Quality from America!

Pros: Quality craftsmanship, no cold spots, excellent performance
Cons: High initial investment, hot area near gas shut off valve
BottomLine: You get what you pay for, and Weber is worth getting and paying for. I believe it's the highest quality out there.

Weber Genesis EP-320 NG (Natural Gas) - Awesome Grill!!!

Pros: Well made quality grill with the Weber name and support. Cooks great too!!!
Cons: None so far.
BottomLine: It's a lot of money but it's well made. Compared to what else is on the market, it will last a long time. You won't be disappointed!!!

Superb and not just for the price

Pros: Heating ability, construction quality, looks, customer support.
Cons: To echo: side-mounted controls leave less counter space.
BottomLine: After much looking, this seemed the obvious choice for this price range. Thanks to the astute HD salesman (yes, they do exist!) who steered me away from the Blue Ember.

Professional Quality/Rock Solid American!

Pros: Solid as you'll find without spending more than twice as much.
Cons: Wanted a larger grilling area. The side controls lose some counter space.
BottomLine: Rock solid muscular American that will be around for a long time. GREAT customer service.
