Pros: This unit cleans the cloths well and uses little water.  
Cons: Vibrates<br>Soap dispensing unit malfunctions
BottomLine: <p>I like front load washers but given the vibrating problem with this model I would not recommend it</p>

Okay washer, but there were problems
Pros: Uses little water and detergent on normal cycles.  Can clean small to large loads.
Cons: Design and/or manufacturing deficiencies   Two repairs within 7 months was a big disappointment. 
BottomLine: Same machine as WFW8500.  Can clean good.  When operating properly can be quiet.  May be design and/or manufacturing flaws that result in required repairs.

With two boys who love to get dirty - I love this washer!
Pros: Quiet, cleans wonderfully, energy and water efficient
Cons: Baby socks and other very small items must be put in a lingerie bag
BottomLine: Worth every penny spent! I have recommended it to friends many times.

The Walking Whirlpool
Pros: Put your kid on top of the wildly vibrating washer and watch the ensuing hilarity!
Cons: If an earthquake occurs during the washer operation, you won't be aware of it.

Sensational washing machine

It fell apart with normal use after two weeks.
Pros: It ran quietly and smoothly, with the minimum of water and detergent.
Cons: Cycles require 10-20 min. longer than the top loader we had.
BottomLine: There really is no excuse for the poor quality of this machine. It looks like the final inspection was skipped, or something. We do not recommend it.

So far, so good
Pros: Features, price, size, looks, control lock feature
Cons: Vibration when speeding up and slowing down.
BottomLine: I like the style and appearance of the product. The operation is very good, and I hope it continues.

I don't recommend
Pros: it washes clothes
Cons: It does not do well with heavy items like a blanket or heavy sweater.
BottomLine: I don't think I would recommend this washer. I wish I had kept my old 25 year old washer!
