AFTER ALMOST A YEAR OF USE-STILL GOOD
Pros: Very efficient good machine, easy to use.
Cons: Washer and Dryer too short without $200 pedestals.
BottomLine: Both the 9400 Washer and 9250 Dryer are good buys, you could do a lot worse.

A brand new machine that didn't even work for a few seconds!
Pros: Never get a chance to find out!
Cons: Broken before even in use.
BottomLine: It is a waste of time to even consider buying an expensive machine that didn't work from the very beginning. Trust the reviewers' rating.

Reliability Problem
Pros: Loved it for the six months it worked. Washed clothes well and hopefully economically.
Cons: What can be said with 3 weeks of dirty laundry stacked up.

Pros: Lots of options/washing cycles, cleans very well, sparse water usage
Cons: Slight vibration even when leveled (nothing to worry about; understandable for 1000+ rpm)
