Pros: Small, no power supply is required; power is obtained from the USB port. Cons: The Communicate Deluxe software provided in only a 30-day trial copy. BottomLine: Modem is OK, but free Communicate software is hard to find, not apparent on installation screens. Deluxe version is easy to see.
